Named in 1791 deed of emancipation. Scheduled for emancipation in 1801. In 1792, Harry was sent to learn the tailor's trade under one William Figgit. He was emancipated by deed dated January 1, 1801; the deed was proved in Frederick County Court, February 2, 1801.
