Quarter in 1782 and 1785 (tithable). Sent from Forest to
the Shenandoah tract in April 1787. Residing at Libra in
1788, 1789, and 1791. Described as infirm in December 1789.
Over 45 years old in 1791. Possibly emancipated by deed
proved in Westmoreland County Court on June 24, 1794 (text
