<305> James Robinson -- Born 1770. Parents unknown. Residing at Sagittarius in 1788 and 1791. Named in 1791 deed of emancipation. Scheduled for emancipation in 1792. Emancipated by deed dated January 2, 1792; deed proved inWostmoreland County Court, May 29, 1792, with James present. In Decembr 1792, James was party to an agreement between Carter and Sampson Robinson <304> for renting a tenement on the Shenandoah tract.
