<354> Frank Richardson -- Born 1764. Parents unknown; husband of Nanny <428>. Residing at Taurus in 1782. Sent to Coles Point in February 1784 to live with his wife there. Entered into service in July 1784 as a sawyer under Oliver <--->. Residing at Nomony Hall in August 1784, 1790, 1791, and 1796. Described variously as a carpenter and a sawyer. Worked on construction of tobacco house at Lot No. 3, Metcalf's Tract, in May 1786. Worked as sawyer with James <447> in December 1786. Scheduled to appear In March 1790 before Westmoreland County magistrate to answer unspecified charge brought by John Turberville. Named in 1791 deed of emancipation. Scheduled for emancipation in 1797. Received certificate of emancipation in January 1797.
