Scheduled for emancipation in 1810.This Daniel may also be the Daniel Dial" whose certificate of emancipation, issued in Shenandoah County, Virginia, in 1815, was recorded in Ross County, Ohio, in 1819. However,the reported ages do not coincide exactly.
