In Williamsburg before July 1772. Member of Morattico Baptist Church March 1778. Over 45 in 1791. Feb 13 1792 agreed to hire himself wife and four children plus tenement; agreed to serve as Carter's barber without pay. Emancipated Jan 1 1793.
