John Robinson

Born 1783. Mulatto. Son of Betty Robinson (424). At Leo 1788/1791. Scheduled free 1805. In 1796 went to Carter's Baltimore household. In July 1798 attempt made to sell him as slave for life; Carter stated he could only be bound until 1805. Emancipated by deed Jan 1 1805 but refused. Probably freed after 1808 ruling.
