Sampson

<346> Sampson (sometimes given as Samson) -- Born 1767.
Parents unknown; husband of Ciller Jones (372>. Residing at
Fo:est before 1789, at Nomony Hall in 1790, 1791, and 1796.
Described as assistant gardener in 1790 and as gardener in
1791. Seeking treatment for declining health in 1788;
supposedly cured by Frances Bell at Nomony Lower Ferry that
year, but listed as infirm in 1796. Named in deed of
emancipation. Scheduled for emancipation in 1798.
Authorized in January 1792 to hire himself Out for the year.
