Hired Out from Cancer/Richmond in March 1779 to William Hazard, who lived in Richmond County not far from Thomas's wife. Over 45 years old i 1791. Poasibly emancipated by deed proved in Weetmorelend County Court on June 24, 1794 (text not recorded).
