Rose Harris

Wife of Sampson Robinson <304>; mother of Elijah <044>, Anna
(583>, and Winny (584). Residing at Bull Run in 1774, at
Aquarius in 1788, 1791, and 1796. Named in 1791 deed of
emancipation. Scheduled for emancipation in 1801. In
December 1792, Rose's husband negotiated an agreement with
Carter to hire his wife and their two children (Elijah,
<044>, and Anna, (583>). Rose was emancipated by a deed
dated January 1, 1801; deed proved in Frederick County Court
