Ran away from Nomony Plantation in late 1726 or early 1727. Left to Robert Carter, Jr., in Robert "King" Carter's will. Residing at Head of the River in 1732. Residing at Nomony Hall in 1774,1775, and 1782. Exempt from taxes and levies in Westmoreland County in 1782. Sent from Nomony Hall to the Shenandoah tract in April 1787. Residing at Aquarius in 1788 and 1791. Described as shoemaker in 1774 and 1775. Over 45 years old in 1791. Possibly emancipated by deed proved in Westmoreland County Ccurt on June 24, 1794 (text not recorded).
