<363> Areana (Arianah,Orreana," Arreana," Arrenah,Arena) -- Born 1768 (one source suggests 1763). Parents unknown; wife of Ralph <340>; mother of Casius <114), Lydia Gaskins <120>, Teanor <069>, and Nancy <023>. Residing at Nomony Hall in 1775, at Gemini in 1782, 1785 (tithable), 1788, and August 1790. Received new house at Gemini in 1785. Transferred to Aries (her husband's place of residence) by December 1790, and residing there in 1791 and 1796. Named in 1791 deed of emancipation. Scheduled for emancipation in 1799, but name is not listed among those presented for freedom in that year.
